Kaoyre Capital accepted a mandate from IDC in November 2019, to undertake a review and business support services mandate for Capricorn Components. The mandate consisted of:

• Assisting CAPRICORN to develop and implement a strategic corporate and market penetration plan;
• Finding the most suited, industry focused, price sensitive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution for Capricorn as well as ensuring full implementation and operability of the system;
• Facilitating Finance for Non-Finance Manager training for directors to ensure they can strategically interpret the performance of the business and can make effective decisions which will enable the business to be sustainable in the long run;
• Source the services of an accredited ISO assessor to ensure Capricorn is fully equipped for ISO certification and to ensure Capricorn is fully ISO 9001: 2015;
• Enabling the development plan for growth and enhancement for directors within the business through direct and focused mentorship;
• Developing and implementing Human Resources policies and procedures.
