African People Movers(Pty) Ltd (APM) is a black-majority owned and managed enterprise which provides intercity passenger transport services within South Africa. APM launched its operations in December 2014, focusing on high quality but safe, affordable and reliable semi-luxury long distance coach passenger transport.

After securing finance from SEFA and NEF, APM started encountering business challenges which impacted its ability to not only service its debts, but to also continue to operate sustainably.

KC accepted a mandate from SEFA to conduct diagnostic review and detailed assessment of the business, with a view to proposing a turnaround plan, which the following:
